Ethan Ordog
Ethan
concentrates his practice mainly in the litigation of Probate matters such as
will contests, contested guardianships, and abuses of fiduciary duty. He
also handles corporate issues such as shareholder disputes and litigation, as
well as wealth management techniques such as estate planning and Medicaid
planning.
Ethan joined
Begley, Begley & Bookbinder in February 2009.
Prior to joining the firm Ethan clerked in the Burlington County Superior
Court, Chancery Division, for the Honorable Ronald E. Bookbinder, A.J.S.C.
(Burlington County).
Ethan received
his J.D. from Roger Williams University School of Law in Bristol, Rhode Island.
During his time at Roger Williams, he was involved in the Association for
Public Interest Law, Phi Alpha Delta Legal Fraternity and the Law School
Softball Team. Additionally, during
law school, Ethan served as the Assistant Coach for the Roger Williams baseball
team. He previously graduated cum
laude from Moravian
College in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania,
where he studied Political Science and Theory. While at Moravian, Ethan played
on the varsity baseball team and served as captain during the 2004 season.
During his time at Moravian, Ethan was involved in the Pre-Law Club,
Omicron Delta Kappa (National Leadership Fraternity), IMPACT (Student
Government/Activities Organization) and served as a college tour guide.
Ethan is a
member of the New Jersey Bar. He is also admitted to practice in the U.S.
District Court for the District of New Jersey.
In his spare
time, Ethan enjoys spending time with his family and friends, coaching baseball,
traveling and sports.
