Austin
concentrates his practice mainly in the litigation of Probate matters such
as will contests, contested guardianships, and abuses of fiduciary duty.
He also handles corporate issues such as shareholder disputes and
litigation, as well as wealth management techniques such as estate
planning and Medicaid planning.
Austin
joined Begley, Begley & Bookbinder with its formation in September of
2008, and was previously an Associate Attorney with partner Thomas D.
Begley, III’s solo firm.
Austin
received his J.D. from Rutgers University School of Law at Camden. He
previously graduated cum laude from the State University of New
York – College at Fredonia, where he studied Philosophy. While at
Fredonia, Austin spent a semester at Oxford University studying legal
theory and formal logic.
Austin
is a member of the Pennsylvania and New Jersey Bars. He is also admitted
to practice in the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey.
In his
spare time, Austin rows on the Rutgers Alumni Crew Team and plays guitar
in a local Philadelphia rock band.
